Does anyone know of any website in which you pay a monthly fee, and you have unlimited access to songs which you CAN BURN TO CD’s? I’d appreciate any recommendations.

Well… First of all free music which doesn’t have a copyright is illegal. But www.download.com has songs that are legal to download. You could try P2P soft wares (Peer to Peer) but they are quite illegal… I recommend you to go buy the music on Cd’s.
Burning Cd’s without permission is also illegal. Nero soft wares could burn software, music, etc. to a blank CD. But it is legal to burn your own songs with your own copyrights.
Try using Napster or Real Player.
