    I’m pretty sure no such thing exists. For music to be legal, you have to pay for it so your question is kinda contradictory. Unfortunately you have only two choices: 1) Download illegally and for free 2) Download legally and pay. There is one other choice, but it involves file sharing so you’d have to download a program. It’s free, but I don’t know if it’s legal or not
